Rant: Prices of events in montreal

What is up with the prices of any (most) concerts these past few years? the price has skyrocketed so much compared to other cities, I'm a huge concert goer and music is really one of the only thing i really go out for. I'm trying to get tickets for a few bands touring in 2025 and the prices for Quebec city, Ottawa and Toronto range between 40 and 50$. Montreal? 140 to 180$. I get it were an event city and all.... but it's so bad now, that i don't even know if it's worth it anymore.
