Should I contest this parking ticket?

I got ticketed for not paying for a parking spot exactly 2 minutes after my permit expired… I have the receipt of payment showing that it would expire at 14:19, and the ticket shows it was issued at 14:21.

Although it was issued at a time that was technically after the expiration time, it seems so unreasonable to have to pay an extra $91 for the 2 minutes I spent walking back to my car.

Any thoughts on if it would be worth it to try disputing this? $91 is kind of a lot for a broke student like me lol
