general health checkup // bilan de santé général

i don't have a family doctor (i have been on the waitlist for 2-3 years) and i have not done a health checkup since when i was a minor. any idea how i can do this? (i have some current issues and also want to check other general stuff)

j'ai pas de médecin de famille (je suis sur la liste d'attente depuis 2-3 ans) et je n'ai pas fait de bilan de santé depuis que j'étais mineur. quelqu'un sait comment je peux procéder? (j'ai des soucis que j'aimerais faire vérifier, et d'autre choses générales)
