Sawyers

Any other sawyers dealing with temps at or below freezing while indoors? There are heaters, but they haven't worked in at least 2 years. This is the only building without heat, and they just installed new heaters where no one has worked in at least a year in other buildings. Really unsure of what to do about it if anything. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
