Do we need a union

Are you tired of getting the same raise as that useless employee that does nothing but cause a good worker more work and watching the gms do absolutely nothing about them , are you tired of having your pay frozen after putting in years of service, tired of being overlooked for a better position because of the entitled group doesnt like you or being overlooked because a dm family member gets a position you applied for or positions not being posted but given to someone the gms just like, if you all think we need one hit the like button
