Mazda App Communication Issue?
Hello,
I just purchased a CPO 2022 Mazda CX-5 and have been getting the Vehicle Issue Detected message “In-vehicle communication network malfunction” in the Mazda app after every start up with my remote but no message on the dash.
I have taken it to the dealership for inspection along with uninstalling the app. The dealership could not figure out the issue and just told me to turn off notifications.
Has anyone else had this issue or have a solution?
