Why is solo queuing basically impossible? (I play tank or support for context)

Like seriously? What the fuck is it? If I play tank I get not great supports who won’t pocket a tank while they’re trying to create space. If I play support I get tanks who are way too aggressive and go out of line of sight so I can’t heal them, or tanks who will barely move. I can’t fucking win with this. If you’re not playing ranked to win. Please stop playing ranked.
