Weird aim bug with S1 console

I've been having this weird jittery bug with my aim since S1. Noticed it immediately at 1 am. My settings are shown and I don't know why it's happening, I've tried to switching to normal linear or lowering sens and its still there. I'm making fine slowly increasing movements with my joystick but it always gets sticky/jittery at around >7% making it impossible to make micro adjustments. My friend has it happening too on her account so it's not my controller or anything.
