How to beat an experienced boxer in sparring?

My friend is an exceptional boxer and kickboxing that started young he has an aggressive fighting style that overwhelms the opponent he doesn't really kick except for the occasional low kick but my god is he good at checking for kicks. Just imagining those checks make my shins hurt. He is an infighting but can fight like an outboxer too. I was wandering if there was anyway for me to beat him in a light spar.
