Sneakers that are comfortable, and can be casual or biz casual

I often just wear jeans (big fan of Joe's Jeans) and a T-shirt and hoodie, but sometimes I'll wear a white/black undershirt and a patterned button-up (Ben Sherman, Michael Kors, etc). I'm looking for a pair of shoes that are versatile enough to wear with either look.

I tried wearing Vans Old Skools, but they're far from comfortable. I'm currently looking at one of these:
