Apple Store vs Amazon/Bestbuy

I wanted to know what is your sincere opinion about buying apple producs (specially MBP) on Amazon rather than at the Apple Store.

I'm about to buy a MBP M3 pro but I'm not sure about the delivery care on Amazon (in the US), a month ago a close friend bought the same laptop on amazon and a week later his screen started to glitch.

Should I buy at amazon and stop being paranoic?
