Server transfer

Hi! I started playing the game 2 weeks ago, and I just recently realized I'm playing on a US server, Gladden but i'm from Europe. I know i shoulda just noticed it LIKE CMON 😅 but for some reason I just didn't and at the time I just pressed play 😅 I don't lag much but I was wondering if it is possible to transfer the character I have (lvl 27) to another server?
