L3+ noise reduction?

Hi! I just bought Antminer L3+ but the noise is bothering me much more than I expected. I live in a small apartment so noise reduction is a must for me, I'd like to reduce it to ~40dB. Do you know any solutions to that? Also do you know what is recommended airflow for L3 fans?

Edit: It was actually fucking easy - just swap fans for something else, I just used Noctua NF-F12 3000 with 4-pin PWM. To swap the fans you have to disable fan check in the firmware in the options (f.e. Hiveon has that function) or via SSH. Much, much quieter and temps are a bit cooler than on factory fan set to the lower RPMs.

Edit2: Combine this with changing the intake and outtake directions for ultimate effect.
