Bitcoin Cash <--> LiteCoin Exchange with no minimum??

Is there an exchange for Bitcoin Cash and LiteCoin with no minimum amount?

I love LiteCoin and Bitcoin Cash, because of the very low transaction costs. Unfortunately if I want to exchange between the two crypto, all crypto exchanges I know require minimum amounts of $ 15+ USD.

Is there a way to exchange very small amounts, like $ 2 USD?

Edit: Strongly prefer plattform or system where no ID verification is required, especially with these very small sums. Unless it's a huge reputable exchange, I don't feel comfortable sending my ID to them for exchanging 2 $ amounts.
