GPU doesn't seem to be using full power

Hi, so I just redownloaded insurgency sandstorm from steamrip to play on Linux (Faugus Launcher) and what I've noticed is that, compared to when I had windows, the game performs well without lag and the GPU fans spur up. But when I tried to do it on linux, there are stutters and the gpu doesn't seem to speed up its fans.

CPU: i5-13600KF
GPU: RX6650XT
RAM: 32GB DDR4-3600MHz OC
OS: Ubuntu 24.10
