[MI] Another employee grabbed my dick today, Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening again?

Hello all,

Had something a little upsetting occur today at work and I'm not really sure how to proceed.

I (17M) work at Best Buy as a Geek. There is another employee who I'll call John (25-39M) who works in another department. I am what some may refer to as a "twink", I am 110lbs soaking wet and am 5'6". John on the other hand is 200+lbs and 6'+ so I'm not about to start a fight with this guy. John has a habit of going around and grabbing other employees dicks. I don't know how many, but I know he has done this to my manager as well as the General Manager (highest guy on the totem pole in the store). John is the top salesman in the entire store, and for this reason he gets a lot of perks (several months off to travel with his band, ignore complaints against him, etc...).

What happened was I was taking some returned items back to our warehouse (stack of macbooks). John walked in front of me very closely, blocked my path, grabbed my dick, made a comment, and walked away. I was honestly kind of shocked at first and not sure if what happened actually happened, then I got really pissed off. I went to my manager and complained. I was told "yeah, he does that. Just don't worry about it". I then decided to try and file a complaint with our HR guy, but he refused to write anything up (likely because I was sleeping with his wife at the time, that one's on me can't blame him). Next up was the GM who said essentially the same thing as my manager and threatened to terminate my employment if I raised a complaint to corporate.

I Like my job, and don't want to be fired, but I also don't like people randomly grabbing my dick. Is there anything I can do in this situation?
