Dishwasher part replacements

Is there a shop(s) that sells the inner parts of dishwashers, like the sliding drawers for example? Ours is working fine, but I've noticed the bottom drawer has rusted in parts :/ So I'm wondering if such a shop exists. Our dishwasher brand is : Zanussi
