Stressed out about Protocols

Hi all,

Recently my PI told me to pick any protocol from a semi-recent publication to use for differentiation of iPSCs. I’ve tried to ask him if he could guide me in the right direction but he said he has no preference and to go ahead with whichever one I wanted. I’m overwhelmed at all of the options and products I have to order and can’t seem to decide on a protocol. Can anyone give me advice or feedback?
