Travel to America- visa requirements

Hi everyone.

So I am planning to travel to America this year but I don’t know where to start re a travel visa? How much is it? Where to apply? How long does it take? Do I need to be vaccinated? Etc. I know I could Google but I have found conflicting information online.

I would appreciate some clarity from someone that has travelled there before.
