Has anyone worked for SBGA sales?

Wondering because I'm reading the reviews on yelp and they are terrible. Glassdoor has former employees who complained about people quitting early or being fired if they don't have 4 leads a day. I was laid off from my previous job and wouldn't want to get fired. I work in government consulting and I'm looking for a new role but I really didn't want a job gap in my resume and not sure a month gap would look good at all. What is the average pay for someone who does this? Advice?
