I got engaged on Saturday and yesterday I was running my finger over my diamond and felt a couple small chips. How ruined is the diamond?

It's hard to see in the picture, but there's two small chips in the diamond that weren't there before yesterday. Is this going to affect the integrity of the diamond? Luckily it's already insured, but the diamond was my grandmother's and is super sentimental to me. We were already planning on going to the jewelers on Saturday to get it resized, but curious your opinions in the meantime
