Swelled up lips hurts so much I cannot function

Im little over 12 hours after revision surgery (and 18 days after the DJS - original one) This time around my top lip swelled so much this time and it hurts so bad that is genuinely making me cry and not allowing to sleep. I really have high pain tolerance but this is something else. Weird thing is that I lost feeling on one side of it this time around. Painkillers that were given me thru the IV didn’t do anything. They didn’t give me any opiates though.. also I feel like icing it gives more pain.. anyone had similar experience and knows anything that could help?
