Can I do CG with these stats?

Hi, I am wondering if I could do CG grind with these stats or if I need to level up first!
I have 70 attack, 82 strength, 75 defence,78 ranged, 56 prayer, 69 magic and 80 health.
I have quite a bit of raid experience on my main account but I am nearly maxed comabt stats on that one!
