Help - projector screen

I need help finding a projector screen.

Currently my projector is a BenQ TH685 projector. However, I think it makes sense to get a 4k screen to future proof.

Looking for:

4k

Acoustically transparent

Retractable; Motorized or manually down

Tensioned

120-128~ inches

16:9

Under $1000

New or used

USA location

I could be flexible on the 4k trait, but it'd have to be noticeably cheaper. I probably won't upgrade the project for a year or two.

The screen has to be AT. Speakers came built into the house and we have babies. So they're staying in the wall.

Any suggestions?
