Where is the privacy policy?

Is it just me or is there no privacy policy? I also tried searching site:hiring.cafe privacy policy but no luck. There is privacy policy for Substack, which is the framework used for the blog, not for hiring.cafe.

(as a side note, it's illegal to host your personal information i.e. resumes/CVs without privacy policy)
