Is this just a histamine reaction?

So this instantly happened after doing a shot, and I mean instant was before I even finished pushing all the way. I didn’t even do it on that side of my arm (but it was that arm the back side of forearm)

It felt tingly and had some tingles in my lip too I think. Felt exactly like a histamine reaction focusing mainly on the arm I used. Now I have some tiny hives too by my elbow, 4 small ones that connect looking like one big one now.

The vendor is very well know and trusted so I can’t see it having any sort of bs in it. I ordered it and waited for a delivery so everyone knows the shit isn’t bunk gear. But I’ve never had this happen.

Although it’s a different type of H it’s some Pakistan I believe or Afghan I forget which one but is dark in color and dissolves nicely. And this doesn’t happen with any of his other types. Could I be allergic to something in this exact type of H the way it’s made?lol Either way a little scary wondering if anyone gets this ever?
