Why are matches STILL crashing my game?

Seriously. Playing on a Series X. Stable connection. Mostly play FF to warm up, and then Squad Battle. Game will crash 2 out of 3 matches sending me back to Xbox Dashboard. Sometimes it crashes the whole console. What gives?
