First time 5 plates(495 lbs) | Back Rounding
I am 6’2 and have always found it kind of awkward for me to do dead’s. Over the last month I have started to really enjoy training dead’s and have seen really solid progress. That being said I know my form is kind of shit and was looking for some pointers. I feel like a lot of time I will get some rounding in my upper back even with weight as low as 225… it always feels ok, but that doesn’t mean it is (I also know that form breaks down a lot of 1RM but this is the vid I have)
