How to get a son in the game?

Occasionally I tried reload the save at youth intake day a few of lot of times to get a son and/or better players
I play with my real age (33)
I play only long careers (10+ seasons minimum)
I play for thousands of hours every year, long career after long career
I don't know what else I can do

Any other tips are appreciated, thanks!
