Visiting Florence for a day

Hi everyone, I have a full 24 hours to visit Florence while I solo travel. I’ve booked this trip in March (link below) and I’m wondering if you all think this is the best way to spend my time. Ideally I’m trying to do it in a group setting for safety measures. The trip includes Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Chianti experience.

Do you think this is a good option, or would you recommend something else? Would love any input, thank you so much!
