A mod akin to Apotheosis but without the enchanting overhaul?

I like the concept of socket-able gemstones that provide buffs tool/weapon buffs and the rare bosses. However, I do not enjoy the convoluted enchanting overhaul. Is there any mod, or a modified version of Apoth, that has all of the features listed minus the enchanting overhaul? Alternatively, is there any way I can completely disable that aspect of the mod?
