American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) is legally required to represent ALL EMPLOYEES in the bargaining unit, regardless of whether they are dues-paying members of the union. This includes negotiating collective bargaining agreements, addressing grievances, and ensuring workplace rights are upheld.
