Some information from an industry legal worker

As someone who’s been a legal cannabis extractor for four years and now works as a lab consultant helping improve legal labs, I want to clear up some misconceptions about “live resin” carts. They don’t exist as advertised. What you’re actually getting is a mix of Fresh Frozen terpenes or HTE (High Terpene Extract) blended with distillate it’s all marketing hype.

Worse, not all terpenes in these carts are even cannabis-derived. Sometimes companies use botanically derived terpenes (made from non-cannabis plants) or blends from multiple strains, so what you’re vaping isn’t as “authentic” as they claim.

And don’t think government oversight makes these products safer. I’ve been inside state-compliant labs where dust and untested contaminants end up in your dabs or carts, even if they pass for pesticides, mold, or heavy metals.

The cannabis market is all marketing. If you want transparency, ask the hard questions: What’s in the cart? Are the terpenes really fresh-frozen cannabis-derived? Don’t just trust the label.

Not to mention liquid diamonds rarely means decarbed diamonds its typically a cover story for conversion oils (Delta 8 that has been chemically converted to Delta 9)
