Anyone experienced this? [Niche Zero]

I’ve had my Niche Zero for about 2 months and have noticed that if I knock on the chute, that much ground coffee falls out. Is that normal? Do I need to clean it or is it something to do with the beans (I noticed that the ground beans don’t always come out of the dosing cup perfectly but stick to the dry cup)?
