Jungle help

Hey been on the ekko jungle train recently and genuinely open to advice here. When should you go HoB over dark harvest and when should you go rocketbelt, lich or nashors first? Been doing HoB nashors rush into lich but other games going Dark harvest into lich rush and some times one feels better the other, but either don't feel bad if that makes sense? Sorry I kinda ramble my thoughts uncontrollably anyway.... 😅 just any advice on when certain items or builds should be picked would really help!
