Needing ALOT of resources and bountie people XP

So I'm just needing a whole bunch of resources cause it seems like I never have anything I need to craft certain items. I am also trying to level every bounty person up quickly but feels like forever even with the bounty missions so if anyone knows a way to skyrocket the xp or can help that'd be great
