Hurricane question

So my family’s smack dab in the middle of the forecast cone for Hurricane Milton as we live in Ft Myers, FL…my question is, if the portion of my dvd collection that CANNOT BE MOVED to a higher surface gets wet, can they still play or are they ruined?
