Can someone who has access to a notation program do me a favor please?

ugh...I'm afraid I'm going to get downvoted into oblivion, but I want to ask a favor:

I'm working on some of Jim Chapin's book, and I'm struggling with when 2 limbs come together. Can someone create a worksheet for me that has:

1. one line of 8 note triplets for 4 bars
2. an empty line of 4 bars
3. another line filled with 8 note triplets for 4 bars
4. another empty line

I need to be able to write both above and below where these rhythms fall so I can see the sticking, also to see where, say, R hand on the ride strikes at the same time as L foot on the hat.

I'm a piano player by trade, I play drums for fun and to keep my mind working and my sense of time good, if I'm asking for too much please just let me know (mods please delete)...
