2 failing grades last sem

Nakakuha ako ng 2 failing grades (singko) last sem and I'm wondering if for termination na yung scholarship ko and if possible parin mag appeal for this sem? If so, ano mangyayari sa status ng scholarship ko?

Di ako nakapagfocus ng masyado last sem kasi nagpapart-time work ako. And right now hindi ko rin afford na mawala itong scholarship.
