Failed Grades

hi! i am a first year student and a dost scholar. i got 2 failing grades (engineering course) and i-re-retake namin 'yon this summer. automatic termination na po ba ang scholarship ko, kahit ipapa-retake 'yon sa amin? huhu, badly need some responses or can i still pass an appeal letter? : ( thank u po
