Recommend an easy mode alt farming build

Into the final stages of my Necro pit push now, but I would like to level an alt for easy mode mats farming.

In D3 I enjoyed spinning about as a rogue DH dropping the odd turret here and there, could watch EPs and so on while farming mats.

Are there any builds that require minimal skill rotation that you can recommend for farming mats?
