Do DDA sport complex provide football coachings?

I'm a 24 year old looking to get back into playing football. I've been considering joining a coaching, but I can't seem to find any that accept adults. My last hope are the sports complexes, but I'm not sure how they work. Do they offer coaching programs? Are they only for experienced players? Or do people typically go there with their own group of friends?
