Help: I want to drive my old diesel car through the peripheral expressway

Hello everyone greetings from Punjab. I wanted to go to Paryagraj to participate in the Kumbh Mela. All the roads leading to Prayagraj from Punjab are through the peripheral expressway. The car is 18 yrs old Maruti Swift with all the documents complete diesel variant. Can I take my car through the peripheral expressway without entering Delhi area or I have to get another car for the trip. The car is registered in Punjab.
