Is electronic shifting worth it

I’m looking to buy a new bike and would love something with either Di2 or eTap AXS. However, when I look at my mileage last year I only put in 1500 miles and worry that the price point for electronic shifting doesn’t match with my mileage. I want to at least double my mileage in 2025 but should I be looking at better mechanical shifting like 105?

Right now, I’ve zeroed in on a few Canyon bikes, the Endurance CF 7 Di2, the Endurance CF SLX 7 AXS or essentially the same model levels but in the Ultimate line.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
