Hexclad buyers beware!!!!

If you're looking to get hexclad read this first! I got a set of Hexclad pans for Christmas and was very excited about them. Considering Gordon is a spokesperson for them you'd think they'd live up to their name. The metal rim started to lift the first time I even used them and it seems like the black non stick surface was rubbing off. I did a little more research and these are made from Teflon which we try our best to avoid. We started a return, which they made us pay for the shipping at some sort a obscure amount but I guess we had no choice. It has now been a month and they have not returned any of our money. We have been emailing back and forth and the last we heard from them, they said it would take 2-3 days to process the return and 10 days to refund the money. The return has STILL not been processed and they have now started to ignore out emails and are not responding. For the price these guys are charging we should be getting 5 star service but I'd give them a 1 star for replying once with a generic copy and pasted email. I bought 3 pans for over $500 and they can't be bothered to write us back. I guess we will be contacting our credit card company tomorrow to start a fraud case.
