Anyone else hitting a slump at level 30?

I hit level 30 on my mage the other day. I’m now in thousand needles and I’m hitting a huge slump. Leveling suddenly feels like a slog, and I know this isn’t even the worst part. Anyone else feel like they hit a brick wall in this level range? If not, what level range did you feel this?
