recommendations for camping in California January 2025

I've been trying to plan a trip with my buddies to go camping around the next week or so, any ideas on where we should go? (willing to stop at multiple places along the way) we were thinking big sur as that's what we did last year but it doesn't seem to have gotten as much rain as last year and that's what made the trip so fun and pretty. does anyone know if Yosemite or anywhere south of San Francisco has gotten any snow this year?

Dispersed camping preferred but I will take what I can get :)
