Is buying a GPU in Japan in person any cheaper?

I'm making a family trip to japan in a month, so I thought it could be an opportunity to get a good GPU for cheaper. For context, I'm from a third world country where al GPUs are imported (and therefore, expensive), and I'm on a very thight budget, for a change. I was thinking in buying a graphics' card from Japan because I assumed they would be cheaper there as I wouldn't have to pay import fees. What are your thoughts on this?
