What the F is going on?

From mostly zero to rare occurrences of disconnects, and once in a blue moon packet burst, these last two weeks have been atrocious.

• getting punted from game instances with DC notifications
• packet burst in almost every game, and it seems periodical e.g. every ten or twenty seconds for example
• packet issues so bad that interpolation warnings appear

Is it demand and/or load?

Is it regional? (I'm in UK so likely EU servers)

Please don't bother replying to this with ignorant suggestions about rebooting network equipment or ISP provided routers.
