Should I let my 5-month-old continue napping if she doesn't waking up on her own?
She sleeps fairly well during the night. She's asleep by 7ish. She gets a bottle around 10-11pm, but goes right back to sleep. Wakes up again around 3am for another bottle and then is usually awake around 5:30am. I routinely put her down for a nap around 8:30 and let her rest for 2 hours, however it seems like she could go longer if I let her (this is usually her longest nap of the day; the rest are usually 45min-1hour). Should I let her sleep longer until she walks up in her own? I'd probably wouldn't let her go past 11:30am. What would you recommend?
